Andromeda Engineering are excited to be supporting Atkins on the production of the overhead line GRIP 4 outline design on the Wigan to Bolton (W2B) infill electrification scheme.
This project will extend the 25kV electrification network from Lostock Junction to Wigan North Western, connecting the recently electrified Manchester to Preston Route via Bolton to the West Coast Main Line, providing a diversion route for electric rolling stock
