It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout in Perth today for the Australasian Railway Association (ARA) Women in Rail Lunch.
It’s encouraging to hear about the strides we’re making towards gender equality in the industry, with female participation in the rail workforce increasing from 24% to 28% over the past two years.
